An expert of psicology that I admire

Gordon Allport a great psycologist !!!!



He is famous for creating a new teory about the personality which focuses more in adulthood than in childhood. Allport develops the concept of self-esteem, a concept that at that time was very abandoned by the other schools of psychology that then prevailed.
He was an north american psychologist and he study filosofy and economy too in the same University, in the University of Harvard

About his personal life I don´t know too much, but about his jobs in psicology I admire all his teory, because he only work in that in his live, and frecuently he was perfecting his teory while the others teorys traying to discredit it
The most importan books of him are Pattern and Growth in Personality, The Person in Psychology  and The Nature of Prejudice. The last one I have to reed it for subject Personalidad the last semester, and it is a great book than I recommend read

The coolest band of the world!!!!

 Breaking the habbit? I don´t mean if right now you're breaking your habit or routine. This is the title of a song by my favorite band, which was formed in the 90's, but only saw the fame around 2002 when they released their first album. This band is called Linkin Park.
Have you ever heard of them?
You probably have seen the Transformers movie, if so, you have listened the soundtrack of the film, it have many songs of this band.
The members of this band are: Brad Delson, Joe Hahn, Rob Bourdon, Dave Farrell, Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington. This two last singers of the group are the most I like, by the passion in sing especially at concerts.
I like this band because their songs mix different styles such as alternative rock, rap metal and electronic rock. The only problem that I have of the band is that in 2006, when they came to Chile to sing, they could not express all that magic in his lyrics.
My favorites songs are Blackout, Breaking the habit, Given up and New Divide.
By the way, I go to listen the last song right now..........
